Ok, misses has some adult toys from a party she went to. As the toys were being handled and passed around they cannot be used to resell. But, the prices of them are quite expensive to buy in the normal places where you would buy these kind of things. (I feel like i'm digging a hole deeper and deeper)
To be perfectly honest rather than throw them away I think I could make a bit of cash selling them, and using Ebay is a great way to pass them on.
Not sure what the policy is on Ebay to sell adult toys etc. so maybe someone knows the score.
I can't believe folks would spend over £40 or £50 on gadgets, maybe i'm getting too old!!

Firstly, as a rep for a well-known sex toy party company, I don't think your misses has them 'from a party she went to'. We don't sell or give away our demo stock. However, I'm guessing she has them as she is or was a rep herself, and can't imagine why you didn't want to say this.
ANYWAY - Ebay are very strict about Vibe sales and will close your listings and suspend you if they catch you selling them. Some people DO list them as 'massagers' but if someone reports your listing you'll be in the poo.
My advice would be for her to contact a local rep and ask if they want to buy them for their kit.No, Mr A, that is NOT 'Great news'!!
Wombling totals: Oct = £243.32 - £93.32 over target!
Nov Wombling Tally: £27.36 so far... behind target0 -
Yeah, they have some listed here's 1 and here's another
to be fair though, I doubt anyone would buy a sex toy from anywhere thats not sealed in a box............ lol.•¨¨*:•..•

Other people selling them doesn't mean it is allowed. In fact your first example has already been removed.
Ebay are puritanical to the point of paranoia about adult goods and will pull listings reported and may even consider suspending an account.
CQout is more liberal but watch their seller terms as they have some nasty 'penalties and fines' if you break any rules.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
