Virus problem

Hi there
Yesterday I downloaded a game onto my laptop and a message keeps blocking any access to any internet sites It says This website has been reported unsafe
we strongly recommend to discontinue the use of this website.
Activate my web protection software
this website has been reported to microsoft for containing threats that might steal personal or financial information from your computer
It then gives more info-
Ingnore threats and continue browsing - if you press this it a advert comes on for purchasing a security site for 59 dollars and you cannot get out of it or delete it, still comes back

Can anyone help with this please

Download, install, update and run a Full Scan with Malwarebytes' AntiMalware.

When completed, choose Remove Selected. Re-boot when complete.

Sounds like your being instantly redirected to a dodgy site, a site which is being blocked to keep you safe.
So in other words you've got some sort of virus or malware that would normally give you no option but to buy something. A bit like "Antivirus Plus".

Can you please give the name of the "company" (or name of the security) that is trying to get $59 from you?
Are you able to access the web on that PC at all?

The only name is total security
and it says once payment is received by credit card it will appear on your statement under the name of totalantispywaresoft.com
I am able to access the internet but when I click on a site like rightmove it brings up this site and blocks and wants $59.95 for some antivirus software
