    well that was nice and easy, just called them and its all sorted out. also confirmed with them that i'll be able to move the rest to a savings acc next week and thats fine. always worry about doing stuff over the phone in case they stat asking awkward questions and put me on the spot lol but the guy was really nice and helpful :)

    For £300 you can just use a LINK machine, draw the money without any fee using your PIN and walk into your bank branch - this is two days quicker than the other methods mentioned (There is a daily limit of £500)

    do you know i never even considered using the hole in the wall to get my cash lol i guess its cos I have it drummed into my head NEVER to get cash from a cc :doh: certainly handy to know in future though although my local link machine charges £1.50 a transaction :rolleyes:

    I have just checked my Egg Money statement for July and along with a BACS Credit for £5000 which I have got £50 CASHBACK for into my Egg Savings Account; is £3000 in cash withdrawals (6 x £500) withdrawn from within the branch of the BUILDING SOCIETY I have paid the money into.
    FWIW I did post on https://www.stoozing.com about 2 weeks ago mentioning this fact as EGG phoned me querying these transactions.
