Help, windows installer keeps popping up

Hi would appreciate some help please.
Everytime I start my PC two boxes pop up that say "Installing Windows" and "Windows Installer, insert Logitech Video Enumerator Disc". Can someone tell me how to get rid of this. I keep clicking cancel but it keeps coming back. Apart from that everything works OK.
I'm using Vista if that makes a difference.

try doing a system restore that should clear it.
