I payed £11.99 to www.007inks.co.uk for an ink cartridge for my Lexmark Printer and had a confirmation email to say it would arrive in 3 to 5 days which it didn't so got onto them and spoke to a chap called 'Martin' who was no help at all and obviously had no telephone skills so I asked for someone else to talk to from the customer sevices dept and he said he was in customer services dept as no one else was there so I asked to speak to the manager and he said he was off with swine flu so then he said I would have to wait 10 days before they could claim lost goods from the Royal Mail and then I would have to phone them if I hadn't received the cartridge and then they would send me a form to fill in and send back ~ so all this was done over the past few weeks (order made on 21st July) I have phoned and phoned and there seems to be only 2 men working there Mat and Martin and Mat appologised for Martins attitude as I had complained about the way he spoke to me being of no help at all.
I asked for a refund as he said it looked like the ink was out of stock and they were waiting for it to come in so he said he would sort it out straight away so I waited again but nothing came on my bank account after waiting 3 to 5 days so I phoned again and spoke to Mat again he looked up my order and said he was sorry but the 'lady' who deals with the accounts section was off as the children were out of school and he would get her to do it as priority ~ he sounded really genuine but now enough is enough I have written how many emails to them and they don't respond as they say they will on their webite in 24 hours ~ so what do I do now as I still haven't received the refund ~ I have threatened them with Trading Standards but they are not bothered.

Thank you for writing the worlds longest sentence. Myabe if you added some more punctuation, to split the thread up a bit, we might be able to actually READ your post without getting lost halfway through...If it looks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, we have at least to consider the possibility that we have a small aquatic bird of the family anatidae on our hands

Well at least they aren't ignoring your calls!
if anything it sounds like they are just a two bit operation where they cannot all do multi jobs in peoples absence. I think they are genuine but just crap.
