please help laptop advice needed

Hi there i purchased a sony vaio about 13 months ago from pc world and i also took out the insurance, because i thought it would be very beneficial, since then its now been back in for its hardrive twice, its keypad along with other numerous problems, i sent it away on the 7th for a hardrive and received the laptop back today to find the p key is coming off, and the cd/ dvd rom no longer works, its safe to say, im more than a little angry now, realisticly what can i do about it, because im sick and tired of being laptopless for 3 weeks at a time, for it to come back broken again, any advice would be appreciated. thank you in advance

Phone sony, tell them about your experience
Andrew Rimmer 2009If you think it will take more than 3 hours to fix a software problem it is probably quicker to reinstall windows. 30 mins to install windows, 2½ hours to reinstall all your nice software0
