Bathroom Refit

Small bathroom measuring 2m x 1.7m
This seems incredibly low to me, should i have alarm bells ringing
Materials= £460 to include:-
white WC
white basin with pedestal, chrome mixer tab and waste
white shower tray plus chrome waste
chorme or white shower cubical
white faux mosiac wall tiles 4.8 square metres
large Aqua floor tiles 3 square metres
including all adhesive, grout, sealants and fittings
Labour =£400 + VAT to include:-
removal of existing tiles
removal of old bathroom suite
installation of new bathroom suite, fixtures and fittings
complete floor to ceiling tiling
any painting required in bathroom e.g door, door standard and ceiling
This seems incredibly low to me, should i have alarm bells ringing

Decent tile adhesives, Grouts, silicones, plywood will cost approx £200
No mention of tanking?
The suite must be the cheapest rubbish going, Even at trade prices i get i would be lucky to get anything decent for less than £700Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure0
