i had a problem with some dvd's i bought (live aid box set) disc 3 kept failing to play properly around eric claptons set, i thought my copy was knackered as it had a few scratches and decided to buy another new one off of amazon marketplace, strangely this one had the same error...

i checked in my laptop/both pc's and my ps3 and the discs all failed to play in them so thought it was definately not me going mental.
emailed warner bros who asked me to send them in for checking (with a freepost address).

got an email this morning saying the discs are dodgy and they are sending me both sets back so i can get a refund and a new set free of charge.

Nice one warner bros.

Our distribution centre forwarded your two faulty copies of the Live Aid DVD onto me, I’ve checked both discs and can clearly see the fault you describe in your letter. I have brought this to the attention of both our manufacturer and distributer and have asked them to check for faults in their stock of this title.



In order for you to obtain a refund for the two faulty copies, I have returned them to you in the post, please return them to where you purchased them from. I will also arrange for a replacement, fully working copy, of Live Aid to be sent out to you at no cost
