ebay dishing out £20 vouchers?

hi, i called ebay customer services the other day complaining about now having to offer free p+p in certain categories and without hesitation, they offered me a £20 e-voucher and explained the reasons for the changes. it took a few days to process, but i got it today! :T

it just seemed a bit too easy, as i wasnt rude or anything. maybe they are trying to keep their sellers sweet at the moment?

might be worth a call! nothing to lose!

is it off your sellers fees or to use on purhcases?
Wins so far this year: Mum to be bath set, follow me Domino Dog, Vital baby feeding set, Spiderman goody bag, free pack of Kiplings cakes, £15 love to shop voucher, HTC Desire, Olive oil cooking spray, Original Source Strawberry Shower Gel, Garnier skin care hamper, Marc Jacobs fragrance.
  • I've also had one cos I phoned Ebay (buyer claiming non receipt but had really received item which was proved). They gave me a £20 voucher against purchases. Everytime I view an item it shows I have a voucher to use, unfortunately I haven't received the code, so couldn't use the voucher last nite when I made a purchase. Maybe if I phone to complain that I haven't had the code I 'll get another voucher!! Worth a try!!

I'd prefer they weren't dishing out vouchers, but actually worked to resolve some of the problems! They've been less than helpful lately
