Capital One-cashed cheque but no charges sent!

Hi sent a cheque to cap one about 3 weeks ago using the template letter to reclaim my charges. They very quickly cashed the cheque but I have had no correspondence from them :mad:.
Do I have to wait for the 40 day period before I get back onto them or should I just phone them now insisting that since they have my money I want a list of my charges?

It means that they will not send you to timbuktoo and back to identify you. If you still have an account with MBNA just make sure that they haven't paid it into the account(cos I HAVE seen that happen beforeThanks thought this would be the case.
