Arf... that's very funny. What did you tell him?
  • I've been looking at getting the cheaper ones from avon and just wearing them around the house when doing the housework because of the weather? Do you think it would work as well? I'm a sahm and do alot of walking around the house

So what are Fit Flops for? Just to firm your butt or what? Its just I don't have a problem in that area and wondered if they had any other benefits (beside being comfy!).

I live in my Fitflops when not at work. I've tried a friends Avon ones and examined them this week and I really can't see any difference.

I've currently got Avon brochure 15 in which they are £18 with the free skipping rope tho you can buy from the previous brochure in which alone they're £15.
  • My Mum is an Avon rep and I got pair a few weeks back, have to say I have been pleasantly surprised by how good they are for £15

I wear them every other day for most of the day and within the first few days i felt my calfs slightly sore , now they definitely feel firmer, toned not quite sure what you'd call it but defo something improved :)

I also have quite a bad back , on and off it has mind of its own and usually have aches and pains all the time, but it hasn't been so bad these past few weeks - because of the fitflops......possibly

I don't normally do toe-post's as they annoy me , but these have been very comfy

    Downside is they only come in S/M which is 4-5 or M/L 6-7. I'm a size 6 and wearing a M/L.

Oh and my sister wears hers in work and managed to get my mum an order for 10, everyone in the office has been raving about them
  • I wish they weren't so ugly!
WHy do they have to make that logo so huge and annoyingly obvious?

I have 2 pairs, the bronze sequin ones are my favourites, they're gorgeous!

They are so so so comfy!

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.

THey last really well too. I'e had mine over two years and have beasted them; even worn them in the sea to paddle, and they still look great.

I've got a small bunion so for me it is the comfort factor. You can walk in them all day without your feet or legs aching. I did notice when I tried on some new ones that the soles of mine had compressed with wear and were not as springy - think I'll have a look at the Avon ones.
