Wireless adaptor

Hi,
can anyone recommend a wireless adaptor to enable my mum to use her laptop anywhere in the house. She has just received a BT homehub but her laptop isn't wireless enabled.

Make and model of laptop and Homehub?
(Want to know if it's the latest Homehub and whether the laptop has a PCMCIA card slot).

If both to the affirmative, there is this for £12.

laptop is: hp pavilion ze4800

Homehub: BT homehub 2.0 type B (it's the new black one)

but I cant get it to work.

First of all, that model does have a Wireless Card installed. Have you tried switching it on? There's a switch...

If it no longer works(unlikely), then take that overpriced USB adaptor back to Argos and purchase the PCMCIA card that I have suggested(at one third of the price). It does exactly the same thing as that expensive USB adaptor, but is neater and most importantly, cheaper.
