Hi there
I'm a newbie here :T so hope someone can help with this little query.
I've a Nokia 5210 that was locked to VIrgin originally. I need to unlock it so that my son can use it as he's starting secondary school and it'll be handy to keep in touch. I read some previous threads here about avoiding the £1.50 a minute phone unlicking lines that end up costing you £5-£6. I called Virgin and they'll give me the code for £15.
Is there way I can unlock the phone for cheaper / free!?! :eek:

£15 is about the norm from the phone companies....depending on the Nokia it could cost less....but if its a newer model it could cost more or less the same going to your local "unlock shop"....to be honest....I'd pay virgin and not have to worry or leave the house even...seeemplesI'm now a retired teacher... hooray ...:j
