Hello,
Due to us having mobiles and never using the land line to make calls, we changed to BT In-contact plus about 4 years ago...however I have recieved a letter today saying I will be automatically moved to the unlimited weekend plan unless I can prove I qualify for the BT Basic package which replaced in-contact plus few years ago.
Anyone else on this plan?

I understood that the t&c for In Contact Plus specifically state that those with ADSL and those with a mobile should not be using the service anyway.0

Funnily enough I told them at the time that I use my mobile to make calls and they let me have it...however later I know someone tried and they couldn't because they mentioned the mobile.0 -
So now they are actually asking for proof of entitement before transferring punters to Basic? I'm assuming they've reached their quota now? My father DOESN'T have a qualifying benefit but was automatically transferred from LUS last quarter. I don't suppose it has anything to do with the fact he makes enough calls for BT to make a fair old whack out of him on their mobile-esque Basic call charges, does it? :rolleyes:Call me Carmine....
HAVE YOU SEEN QUENTIN'S CASHBACK CARD??0
