The e.mail i have just recieved:

Hi Simon

They have been called today, we understand that the individual charged with sending the prizes out has been off sick.

I am 100% confident that this is just a delay and would ask that you bear with us in order to get this resolved asap. In reality I hope that they will be with you by mid next week at the latest.

My huggies arrived this morning while i was out, courier left them with my neighbour. I hope the other winners get thier too today or early next week.
