Would like to say a BIG thank you to Raileasy :jfor responding to my email regarding being overcharged for journeys that I didn't take very quickly. Seems they've being having a few problems with computer software. Money is being refunded to my account tomorrow:T. Was expecting a big hassle and so relieved. I've never encountered a problem with them in the past and it certainly hasn't put me off using them again. Always had a 1st class service from them.
