BT sending bills to the wrong address not cut me off, what is cheif exec email?

Options
A bit of backstory, I have had landlines on and off for 3 years at different flats and each one has had the same or similar problems with billing, i.e overcharging then getting late payment fees for not paying due to the overcharge and each time I have to contact chief exec to get it sorted.

Current one is I moved 2 months ago and got reconnected at the new place, I didnt know they have charged me a £125 fee despite the line being active when I moved(dial tone and everything) they also sent my bill to my OLD address including a welcome to BT and thanks for telling us about the house move, finally I just got the bill today as I got a friend to redirect any letters and got the bill but they have also been charging me for evening and weekend landline calls UNDER a hour despite saying my tariff as the Option with free evening and weekend calls!

I cannot make outgoing calls and am angry and on top of that they claim I am in another 12 month contract on the letter!

Whats the details for the best person to call.

  • I believe, being a shareholder of BT, the chief executive is Ian Livingston.

I would guess the address would be ian.livingston@bt.co.uk or .com?

Sadly, that isn't actually his address but will go to one of his customer relations team.

I once got an email a few years ago from the (then) chairman of BT thanking me for taking calls at the BT Tower for a charity phone in (I think it was after the Boxing Day Tsunami.

Anyway, the email address wasn't the traditional firstname.surname@bt.com but initials@bt.com, so perhaps try il@bt.com
