I joined totalcaresupport.com 2yrs ago after being called by my service provider to say they were offering ink refill by post for just £1 per month. Naturally I joined and waited for my first freepost bag to send my empty catridges in so they could be refilled and returned to me. After calling them for 12 months to complain I had never received any bags, I requested my money back and to cancel the direct debit. I never got my £12 back, but I did cancel the debit at my end, and that was about 8 months ago. Today I recieved a letter telling me they are billing me £23.96 per month and that if I don't pay within 14 days "We may exercise our right to place your account in our Debt Collection Process"

FLAMING CHEEK:mad:

I've called them and told them I owe them nothing, and it is they who owe me £12 for no service, but they aren't having any of it:confused:
