I wrote to my bank the halifax saying i am in financial hardship due to being on benefits. They asked me to fill in the CFS before they can process my claim. My question is this: do i have more chance of getting the charges back if i am spending more than my income or if i stay within it. Another thing is that i am now employed, should i declare this or is the form for the time you incurred the charges ie when i was unemployed. Thanks in advance.

Be truthful about your current income and expenditure(household).Ya_gal_kaz wrote: »I wrote to my bank the halifax saying i am in financial hardship due to being on benefits. If you have priority debt arrears then also send in copies of those arrears(not the originals).0
