Hi all,
I have an current account with A&L and last month went overdrawn. They were charging £5 a day and I didn't get a letter till a few days after. I paid of the £25 fee and made sure there was enough money in the account.
A few weeks later I was overdrawn again, but this time it was due to the bank charging me for the last time I was overdrawn. I rang up and the person on the phone refunded the £25.
Anyways, I got my statement through and they are charging me £20 for being overdrawn from my last fee which was refunded and I don't think it's right that they are doing this?
Anyway of stopping this and cancelling the fee?
I'm considering just closing the account.
thanks

Write to the bank and explain the above and I would hope they would refund the charges which were not refunded.0
