Ikea worktops - edging strips?

We have ordered an Ikea kitchen and Ikea Pragel black stone-effect worktops.
One of the worktops will be on a peninsula - i.e. will be visible from both sides, in the middle of the room, with no wall on either side.

I have just found out that one edge of the worktop is raw (no edging) and Ikea do not sell edging strips separately or a breakfast bar style worktop etc.

Does anyone know if we will be able to find a matching edging strip anywhere else?

Or is there an alternative? Only thing I can think of is using longer cover panels for back of peninsula so that they cover not only unit, but also raw edge of worktop. Would that look ok?

Kitchen is being fitted next week, and nowhere else does 620mm worktops which the Ikea cabinets need. Desperately need advice please!

Anyone else had this problem?

Many thanks

Have a look online, quite a few manufacturers do a deeper worktop. I got a solid oak from ebay and they were 650 deep and a bargain!
