One of the blokes at work has just started kickboxing. I used to do that in Newcastle and loved it, and its something I would like to do again when we're finished with the gym. But he's too whingey for me to ever go to the same place! Plus they do it barefoot and with the big puffy gloves, I like it the other way around, little fingerless gloves and proper shoes so I don't break the bones in the top of my foot.

Dinah you should do it, its so much fun!! I did kickboxing about two years ago for about 4 months and without really watching what i was eating the weight dropped off me and i toned up so much, and i only did it twice a week for an hour. Definatly a good way to get in shape.

Zig - That is the problem. Best to look at both Eurostar and write down the times of the trains (take off 30 minutes for check in). Then look at train prices on nationalexpresseastcoast to work out what matches up. You will need to leave time to get from Waterloo or Paddington to London St Pancras on the underground (say 15/20 minutes)

Gallons used = miles driven and divide by MPG.

Total Cost of fuel = Gallons Used and multiple by price per gallon.
Total Cost of fuel / Miles Driven = Cost per mile

    OR

Cost per mile = ((Miles Driven/MPG)x Price Per Gallon)/Miles Driven

    Thanks my star.

I did it for 14 months and I lost a stone in the first 3 months, and I did really love it. But it's not NIMs thing, he doesn't think its a real martial art, and I don't have the patience to learn one with forms that I have to remember. I like quick and dirty.

This is the train ticket breakdown... does that seem alright?! I think I'm just confusing myself!
