Half Price meat boxes

I've just been contacted by The Well Hung Meat Company. They tell me that all their monthly meat boxes are half price until the end of August. It isn't apparent from their website -I think the chap that rang me said there'd been a glitch.

The offer extends to the the delivery price. Email them if you're interested for details. I've had thier meat before and the quality is excellent;)

Small Monthly Meat Box is £27.50 delivered (average weight 3.5Kg)
Medium Monthly Meat Box is £42.50 delivered (average weight 5.1Kg)
Large Monthly Meat Box is £70 delivered (average weight 10.4 Kg)

I couldn't get through on the phone........is this deal for everyone or just selected customers? It is showing full price on the website and I daren't risk it.

Can you order right up until 31st Aug?

It's a shame I don't have room in my freezer at the moment, but I am wondering about getting the small one for my mum. She's only ever had good welfare meat when she's visited us. She normally buys whatever is cheap in Asda.

I've found the website doesn't work very well. Don't know if it's a browser issue, but I tried to sign up for the newsletter and clicking send didn't do anything.

I do wonder if you order through the website, will you be charged the full price?

As I said in my first post it isn't on the website for technical reasons -can't remember what the chap said exactly.

I was contacted because I'd bought a box before, I declined the offer as my freezer is also full. I offered to spread the word on here as that was how I'd heard about them in the first place. He thanked me for doing that so I assume it is open to everyone.

I would imagine it covers orders made on 31st Aug.

Do you have a rough idea what the speciality/seasonal cuts are likely to be?

is it just me that thinks its a bit expensive then?
we would have to at least have the medium box and £42.50 is more than i would want to pay, and thats half price?!
