Court Information

Hi, wondering if someone can point me in the right direction. I've been unsucessful with my first 2 letters to relcaim catalogue charges from shop direct. I've been advised to send them a 3rd letter telling that that this is the final chance to pay up or I will take them to court. I was also advised to read up on the Court stuff, but my question is, where is the Court info? I've not got a clue where to start or do I do nothing until I get a reply to the 3rd letter?

Sorry if I'm coming across a bit dim! But I am when it comes to Court stuff..:o
