Has anyone heard of this book or obtained it?

£22.50 for a paperback that carries a warning that the author accepts no responsibility for duff info :rotfl:
I shall now sit down and write Old Age for Dummies with a similar caveat but undercutting on price ................by about £22.....................I'm smiling because I have no idea what's going on ...:)
