14 days has expired what next??

I wrote to my bank wishing to reclaim my bank charges on the 3rd of this month.
i am asking for a hardship claim due to my circumstances and i think i fill almost all of the criteria for it.On the template it says i wish for a reply within 14 days now obviously i haven't heard anything back so whats my next step as it doesn't say in the financial hardship section of this site ???

You should enclose an income & expenditure form and documentary evidence of any priority debt arrears
