Being charged the wrong interest rate. My fault?

I hope you noted the date, time and member(s) of staff concerned.I was offered 2 months refund and to be put onto 5.9% from today. I refused and eventually got onto a manager who would only go to 6 months refund plus a rate reversal to 5.9%
In the circumstances, I'd feel uneasy about relying on a telephone conversation, particularly if there's more than one department involved.

Thanks, yes have all the staff members names including two managers along with dates and times.
Will post up the outcome in a few months or is it years time.
