moving home while reclaiming

HI all, i started to reclaim my bank charges from halifax about 18 months ago and i got the usual reply "we have to wait until the test case" etc,
i have moved house twice since i started to reclaim and have changed address with my bank but do i have to change address with a different dept regarding the charges as i dont have a number etc!!
any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    You don't but if you have the letter saying the case is on hold then simply write to them to make them aware your address is different(just to make sure ;) )
