Letter from barcleys - Asking for sort code

Hi everyone,

I sent the first letter to request the amount owing etc to barcleys and i have received a letter back requesting the sort code. I didn't think that you needed it as i asked on here and i was told all i had to do was supply name, address date of birth etc. I have supplied all this but they still want my sort code. I can't remember it. So what should i do now?

Go to the Barclays website and have a look for the branch where you opened the account if you remember and send them that.

Thanks Its not there as it was part of woolwich but there now all gone?

Then tell them that it was a branch of Woolwich and name the place where the branch would have been located.
