Hiya, just wondered if you could all shed a bit of light on my charges queries. I spoke to an employee of Lloyds TSB a few weeks ago who asked me if i had ever had details of my bank charges. I said no but that i did want to chase it up however i didn't see why i should have to pay out an extra £10 to obtain these when it was information on my own accounts. The guy told me that he would send them out to me and for no charge! Bonus! :T
Anyway i have now received all the sheets (about 10 of them) dating back to 2001 and have a couple of questions. When typing info into the template letters do i include all the charges i.e. monthly charges for the accounts i hold or is it just charges for going over o/d limit, interest charges etc?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Also, have any of you recently contacted Lloyds TSB asbout reclaiming and how far have you got? We are in a bit of a financial mess at the moment and i am wondering whether to go down the financial hardship route but don't know what to do for the best
Thanks
Kel
