Has anyone had a Homebuyers Survey by Colleys recently?

I'm just wondered if the comments we have in ours such as:
"may contain asbestos in the artex coverings to walls"
may just be a standard comment as the house is 40 years old and to cover themselves in case of any future problems.
Just wondered if anyone else has these type of comments in their survey?
Thanks

I've had exactly the same comment in my survey from colleys recently appears to be standard. There was no artex in my walls! But if you google artex you will discover that some of it could have asbestos in it!!0
