unpaid item

hi all. i did post this on the up your income board but just found this board and thought it would be better here.

i sold an item on ebay and it's now been over a week and the winning bidder hasn't paid. i've sent an invoice and a polite email reminder but they still haven't paid.

what's the best thing to do next?

I think its time to make an unpaid items complaint. You can do this from my ebays, drop down menu - report a problem. If the 'buyer' doesent respond by the 8th day you can get your fees back and relist.

If in a good mood send another reminder saying you will have to take up the matter to recover fees etc and give them another 24 hours or so.

If in a bad mood start a dispute now.

The one thing to do is try and take it calmly there is nothing you can really do.
