Does anyone have.BT call Mobile service.. Gives you discount off all your mobile calls, and the charge is £ 4.50 a quarter

Anyway, I recieved my bill today, and they are offering it Free for 3 months, to new customers...........:mad:

And so.. Having already got this service.. I called them, and asked if I could have it............ answer No, becuse its only free for new users


Result.. I cancelled the service, and was told that if I call back tommorrow, I can register for the free 3 months...............:D.. As if they dont already make a Huge profit............:eek:

thats pretty much standard for BT, and most big companies i'm afraid - remember the bank ads saying "for new customers only" when the guy asked for a pen...?
you could complain, they might credit your bill with a fiver or summat...
