How can I delete a thread?

Hi,

I had a thread deleted last month so I know it is possible to delete a thread rather than lock it.

How do I go about it?

    You can email [EMAIL="abuse@moneysavingexpert.com"]abuse@moneysavingexpert.com[/EMAIL] from another email client if easier.

    Which board is it? You can check who the BG's are at the bottom of the board page. You might want to check their profiles though, some haven't been online for a long time!

    Compose an email through your usual provider. Copy and past this as the 'to' address ~ [EMAIL="abuse@moneysavingexpert.com"]abuse@moneysavingexpert.com[/EMAIL] and then put the subject as delete my thread and include a link in the main body of the email. I did this a few weeks ago and it was gone within the hour. However this late at night it depends who is online :D

    Dalkirst is the bg on that board. He's not online now so you might be as well off to email abuse who will probably delete it in the morning :)
