Well it's a start! A couple of things that I don't have to do tomorrow
I'm out in the morning anyway at baby songtime (OH finally has a courtesy car whilst his is with the insurance so I have a car again!) so I'll give the rest of the kitchen a blitz when I come home
I've just been reminded that my Italian GCSE result is out on Thursday so something else to think about! I'm still not convinced that trying to do that with a 4 month old baby was the most sensible idea but we shall see!

I'm in again this week!
Thanks for all the advice re xOh. At the moment he is trying to contest the non molestation order, I had to made an affidavit stating everything that had happened over the 9 years in order to get protection put into place. He was trying to say everything I put in the statment is lies and there was no need for the injuction so we now habe to go to trial. The trial date is set for 25th sept, and i'm not looking forward to being probed by his solicitor as some of the stuff was horrific. However i have a fantastic DV solicitor and he is confident there wont be any problems. What we dont understand is why he is dragging it all through court. Why he couldnt just accept the order and stay the hell away from me. Its like he wants to cause me grief. I could understand if i left him and he still wanted me, but he left me for a so called friend! AND they now have a baby together! AND it was three soddin years ago !!!!!!. ANYWAYS, when we were in court a few weeks ago to arrange a hearing date he addmitted to some of the stuff and to help things along a little my solicitor advised i agree to some sort of access, so that when it finally does go to court for the child proceedings app, the courts are aware that I am doing something productive and I am at least trying to gain some sort of access for the children, basically i'm not stopping the kids full stop. After long discussions and worries about his temper an access center was sujested, but then poohpooh'd as aparently they can be quite over bearing for the children. My solicitor sugested a trip to a wackywarehouse or something public. Therefore he would be in a public place and if he was to lose his temper there would be some sort of 'protection' sooooooo this was agreed and the date arranged. I came home, talked to the children and told them they would be going to the wacky with daddy......what a stupid mistake. Two days before he was suposed to see them, he followed DH from work and cornered him in a car park. Gave him loads of abuse because he wanted to know WHY he couldnt see the children in his own house. ARGHHHHHHHH:mad: Then he proceeded to threaten me.....Oh the joys.
So yet again, the solicitors refused access, but i feel like its being laid upon my shoulders, i just feel like i am the one stopping the children from having a relationship with their dad. Now deep down i know i know, its not my fault, but how the hell do i explain that to Jaimee? I'm on the verge of a soddin breakdown atm and its not good. I have bi-polar disorder and i can feel a bad low coming on, which is pants. I am just pulling my hair out! Its so frustrating. I'm just hoping that when it goes to court for the CPA's Cafcass and the social worker that gets asigned to us will be able to protect the children in a way that helps them have a relationship with him. Why do these things have to be so frustratingly difficult?
Rant over now!!! But again, thanks for all the sugestions xxx

Aw Zoe - Big hugs to you and the little ones. I realy hope this all works out for you. xxxxxx
Right, have filing box out, and have put whites wash on. Darks are almost dry! It peed down today so didn't get any out, but on the airer in the bathroom with the window open, they dried quite quick so their in the TD for the last half hour!
After whites go on airer, I'm off to my bedland, hoping i get some sleep!!!!!
Thanks Rosepink, I feel a little better about the car, its almost half of our debts and it would effectively be wiped! So thats 1 sorted, 1 almost sorted and 2 left to sort out! I feel quite positive that we can get through this now. Just gotta get the council to sort out the houseing benefit as they calculated it on the wrong amounts so waiting for them to recalculate it! As usual they are taking their blooming time!
Rosepink - thats brilliant news about the freezer!!! And great that the lady is giving it in payment for hubby helping her! When we first got married, we were given a small fridge and freezer in payment for babysitting we had done for one of hubby's bosses. And a WM & TD was given to us by my boss who had just moved in to a new house! It was a great help to us! When we replaced them we gave them to people that needed them as they were in great nick!

Just the weevils left now woo hoo!

Hugs jinky - how old are your kids?
Hugs for you too zoe - if you want some company one afternoon while the kids are off give me a shout.
I went blackberry picking yesterday and apparently my mum's coming round about 10 to go blackberry picking with the kids so I'll probably be going again unless I stay here while they go.
So it's the kitchen today - I'll see how I get on.
Have a good day all

Morning Gang!!:hello:
I am still flying, of sorts.......honest I am..........just not finding the time to post.
Still in the throws of decorating the bathroom  Had a few set backs, as in having to wait for plaster to dry (one wall took nearly a week). Plus Little Bruv has been very busy hay making this last week and doing other work related stuff. Bless him. He's been doing all that plus an 80 mile round trip each time he comes over to do the bathroom. Anyway, the back wall is now fully tiled. I just need to grout today and then I'm going to start tiling the shower wall. Hoping to have it all done in the next week or two. Fingers crossed.
In the meantime I really should get back on the fly wagon properly ish. Ready for when the kids go back to school next week. :j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j
Not that I'm looking forward to it you understand!!!!!
So I shall post todays list and see how I get on -
