    Morning All

Jennybee - well done - fantastic result!

DD's room today but hopefully it won't take me too long as I blitzed it the other week. I also need to clean the bathroom.

Boddy - hope you enjoy your last day - happy retirement!

    Have a good day all

    Hugs

    evening flyers

I know its late - have had a busy day and I needed to run through the thread first before I posted,

I had a message from natty earlier today and sadly Fred the lodgercat didnt make it - he had cancer. Natty has arranged for him to be cremated and she is going to scatter his ashes in her garden.

She is bound to be very upset and I suspect we might not see her here for a day or two.
    toots xx
What a shame, please pass on my thoughts:grouphug:

Well I feel decidely ill:rolleyes: I forgot how "sickie" and spaced out these pills made me last time, for the first few days anyway.
Think its safe to say I wont be doing anything today at all, except relaxing:p

someone mentioned compensation............. unfortunatly its not as simple as that with a traumatic brain injury........we are talking years before the offer would be made due to the recovery involved.

So true...my dad was in an motorbike accident 5 years ago - he received compensation earlier this year. He had many visits to head injury specialists, physiotherapists, hearing specialists, and so on. He's still struggling with things - thankfully he has made a good recovery, but his brain injury is still evident. He fractured his skull just behind/beneath his left ear.

Quite honestly, we thought we'd lost him at the time, so it's a bonus that he's here.

Sending you more hugs and energy.
    Take care
