Does anyone know of a decent book contains details of all the Munros in Scotland?
I'm looking for one with routes, photos and maps....
There are plenty of decent online references but I wonddered if anyone know's a comprehensive book.......?

"The Munros" by Cameron McNeish is supposed to be good, a friend of mine uses it. Sorry dont know whether it has maps etc as I havnt used it myselfWaddle you do eh?0

I don't know if you are looking for a coffee table type of book or something to take with you on the climb - if it's to take with you, there is a two-book set here

called Walking the Munros by Steve Kew - they are compact and although a we bit heavy they are good to take with you along with a decent map.0 -
You want The Munros by Donald Bennet.
IMHO, it is THE definitive guide; maps, photos, OS Map info and some narrative too.
