Exterior coach screw - high pull-out retention

What does the term "high pull-out retention" mean with coach screws? As in this description. Does it mean it will not be pulled out easily?

Sorry if this seems a daft question.

Basically Yes FD, if the coach screw has a narrow thread they can when under strain pull out, rather like an ordinary wire nail as opposed to an annular ring nail(nail with serrated rings down the shaft). As they have a wide thread they should hold better.
