hello,i had a loan and credit card off HSBC

Hi,i had a loan and credit card off HSBC about 8 years ago,and had alot of charges on them both,but have lost all the details for both,how do i claim for the charges on these? Thanks alot for any advive TOM

    nope cos they ARE statute barred. Bank Charges go back to 2001 because of the OFT test case currently being heard in the courts.
    I have not worked for NatWest Bank since February 2009
