I bought a DVD last sunday BIN and paid straight away with paypal, I haven't received it yet (also bought another from diff seller and rec'd begining of the week) so today I went on to have a look, marked as paid, dispatched and feedback left for me but saying that seller is no longer a registered user and the the listing has been removed. What can I do?
It only cost me a few £'s but that's not the point................what if it was an expensive item
Any advise please

I'd give it a few more days and then open a item not recieved claim on paypal. You will get your money back if the seller doen't have proof of delivery (for example if it got delivered to the wrong house). This is my opinion. There are many others like it but this is mine:kisses2: Fiancee of the "lovely" DaveAshton :kisses2:I am a professional ebay seller. I work hard at my job, I love my job, if you think it's silly that's your problem not mine.

I think that ebay refund you straight away when the seller is no longer registered if you open a dispute.

This happened to me a while back with an ipod - it did eventually arrive. I had opened a dispute to say the item had not arrived so cancelled it before realising that the item was not an ipod, just a fake. I was unable to open another dispute so be careful not to close anything until you are completely satisfied.0

thanks. I'll give it another couple of days to see if it appears, as I said was only a few pounds, but how many other people have paid 'only a few pounds' and not received the items, it's more the principal not the cost.0

Just because the seller is no longer registered doesn't mean you won't get your item. Maybe your item was the last thing they decided to sell, got your payment, posted it and they closed the account.
When ebay changed a lot of the rules for sellers i had purchased and paid for an item and then suddenly the next day or 2 the seller became suspended. I though they'd done something major and i would never get my item, i did get my item, they got suspended due to receiving too many neg/neu and thus loosing their seller performance rating etc.
This though funnily enough did manage to happen when ebay did away with sellers leaving neg/neu for buyers, so the poor seller suddenly had buyers leave neg/neu for the most pathetic reasons. I really felt sorry for them.Mummy to two girls: October 2013 and February 20160 -
