Has anyone claimed £12 charges?

Hi All
I wrote to Natwest to claim back 2x £20 charges and 23 x £12 charges plus interest. This came to over £400.
They have written back stating they will refund £26...
Should I push to claim for the whole amount or will it be rejected?
I still think £12 charges are unfair!
Reading more posts on the forums, some people appear to have reclaimed £12 charges too - taking the approach that they will challenge it in court as they are unfair and still do not reflect fair charges.
Has anyone had success in claiming back £12 charges?
I probably was not handling my bills well and paying them a day to a week late as I was using this as cash flow to get my business going - but am now on a crusade to claim back what I can.
Thanks in advance.

Send the LBA and (if necessary file a claim at court). They will buckle eventually.
Look at it from the banks point of view. For the price of a letter and a stamp they can potentially save themselves £364. Worth a punt, wouldn't you say?0 -
Thanks very much for your response.
I will send a final letter.
What is LBA?
Kind Regards,
