Easy jet

Hi all I need some advice...last sat i tried to book a holiday with easy jet and after three failed attempts, i decided to book with another operator.Yesterday i checked my credit card account and emails and realised that they had charged my account. I have called the credit card company and i have to call back tomorrow. I have also called easy jet and they have advised me to cancel the holiday and have only refunded part of my payment, i explained that my card had been declined and all three times the holiday price went up so decided not to book but they still took the money..

Can some help???:confused:

    The booking had been declined and sent back through the booking process on three seperate occasions and each time a code come up on screen "VID01X" I have rang Easy Jet and they have confirmed that this means session time out....So i cant understand why they have taken my money when the session has timed out...:confused:
