Hi all I need some advice...last sat i tried to book a holiday with easy jet and after three failed attempts, i decided to book with another operator.Yesterday i checked my credit card account and emails and realised that they had charged my account. I have called the credit card company and i have to call back tomorrow. I have also called easy jet and they have advised me to cancel the holiday and have only refunded part of my payment, i explained that my card had been declined and all three times the holiday price went up so decided not to book but they still took the money..
Can some help???

The booking had been declined and sent back through the booking process on three seperate occasions and each time a code come up on screen "VID01X" I have rang Easy Jet and they have confirmed that this means session time out....So i cant understand why they have taken my money when the session has timed out...0
