Sky Sports Mobile - Need help.

I have a Nokia 6700 Classic, it has 3G, I've signed upto sky sports mobile. Whenever I try to watch highlights or a match I get

"Sorry, this content isn't available for you phone."

I can not work out why, any ideas?

Are you sure you're connected to a 3G network/in a 3G coverage area?

Well, it's not actually for me. He's on Orange and I know the phone is 3G ready, how can I check if it's enabled or connected to a 3G network? Also how can I check coverage.

I figured out he hadn't actually signed up properly, having now signed him up, I get the 3G signal is too far or unavailable at the moment, please try again later. Something along those lines.

Check the phone manual, my sony ericssson displays a small icon next to the signal strength indicator when I've got 3G coverage. I imagine his will be the same.
