A huge £235 for me please :) - £115 payrise (put straight on credit card, cos I have survived without it this long :) ) £70 I won on casino rip and I just topped it up for luck cos its pay day - feel like my debt busting might go somewhere this month
    Debt busting 2022 Total £15842.68 £0 (100% paid since 1/1/22)
  • Right my day off & I went shopping & was a very good girl . . . No urge to splurge so something has clicked in my head . . . I did get a CD, Book & a handbag from Oxfam though for the princely sum of £6 came straight out the shop & someone offered me £5 for going to do market research on mayonaise so my purchases really only cost a quid as a fiver went right back in my purse for 20 minutes of looking at Helmans ! LOL

So I paid £150 back into my ISA & have a further £1.08 to go in my change tins so 2nd PAD of the day is

£151.08 please to various savings !!!!!!!

Only a fiver for market research. I've done much better than you. I've just had an email telling me that I've won £850,000.
All I've got to do to claim it is email a Dr Morgan David at Barclays Bank with some personal info. Oh yes, there's even a phone number too (one of those hideously expensive 070 numbers).
    So let's see now
    My bank account: 41-94-19 419419
    My phone number 419419 .

Do people actually still fall for this garbage? :D
  • LOL . . . My dear & honourable sister / brother in God we would be most pleased for you to [STRIKE]line our pockets[/STRIKE] pay for this childs schooling / nurses training / liberate the assets of our dear dead daddy from the corrupt powers that be . . . Ah my in-box wouldn't be the same without em !

    Hello everyone :)

A pad of £3.36, not as big as I was hoping but have had to pay out for my mum's 50th birthday present today.

My dad has just been made redundant and I know shes feeling stressed at the minute as she doesn't really like her job that much and now she's kind of stuck there for a while. So me and my sis have put together for her and her mate to have a spa day with overnight stay. Hopefully it will cheer her up a bit :o Cost a bomb though!

So payday has gone as usual, money comes in, money disappears again! :rotfl:

Well done CASHLESS on your debtfree-ness and well done EVERYBODY on the massive totals for the last couple of days. Thanks for the addings Jo.

    See ya later everyone xx

    I can go one better...

Had several emails telling me that I've won $350.000 all I have to do is send them a few quid to be able to release the money and then £200.00 for the money to be wired over to me

Posted on Andrea's thread just agreeing with the rest of you!

Sarah - The stars are new levels of crop growing-ness! There are 3 levels for each crop...so if you plant strawbs for days on end then you'll reach level 3 quicker but if you flip between srawbs, grapes etc etc then you won't reach the levels so quickly...if that makes any sense??

Hi all, a pad of £18.13 today to Barclaycard, which is £40 minus the min payment as I don't count it.

Had a depressing day which started off with me crying for half an hour cos I didn't want to go to work. I really don't like my job, it's so monotonous and I'm not used to office work after working in a shop for years. Kind of annoyed with myself as I never seem to be happy whatever I'm doing. I've only been there 3 months!

The only course of action is of course to run off with a stray millionaire and hope my OH doesn't mind. :D
Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts. Car loan 1 £11,174, Car loan 2 £5,532, CC 0% BT £780. Debt Free Diary to try & keep spending in check.
  • Sorry you had a pants day Sashybo, and yes Mary, I think that makes sense.... not sure of the point of it though!?
