Oh dear. My debt level is about to go back up. The clutch on my van started slipping this morning. Those vans are a pig to work on so a new clutch is a £600+ job.
Now then, who was it who said to close down credit card accounts once the balance was zero?
Glad I don't act on everything I read on here. If I had followed the above, it would have meant me making a purchase on a card with a decent LOB deal - thereby trapping some debt at high interest. As it stands, I will be racking up more debt at 16.9% anyway, but with the option to attack it much sooner.
At least I will get tax relief on most of it.
I'm not complaining really. Vans need repairing from time to time. It's made me a lot more money than it's cost me.0 -
Sorry to hear about the problems with the van Paul, but good job you didnt lose down your credit card though!!Biggest Loser Weight Loss: 13 / 20 lb0
