splash plastic pre paid maestro card

hi
got one of these pre paid card for online shopping
and when on some sites it ownt accept it keeps saying the card need to be secured or somthing ie a secure code
tried e mailing they keep saying it cant be done
so therefor i cant use it
any ideas anyone help please

it may be their site thats not secure, in which case AVOID AVOID!

or your pc settings too lack..? try bumping up security tab on the control panel (internet settings..)

defo not the site as i know someone has same card and can use it there
so annoying

keeps on saying the card must be mastercard secured

This has nothing to do with their site or your PC settings, you are referring to Maestro SecureCard similiar to VISA and Mastercards schemes.

This is where you setup a password to verify online transactions and then are asked to enter it when buying online via certain sites.

If they say it can't be done, it can't be done! Ask them again now you are armed with the correct information.
