    It won't be worth you persuing the matter. By the look of it, you're certainly not the exclusive owner of that design, and may not even be a rightful owner of it, if for example the person who sold it to you did not have the right to sell it to you. I would therefore rethink your plan of selling it on, at least until when you manage to clarify the situation with the original designer and the "clone" website's owners to try and establish who exactly owns what.
