Another £10 for me today please.

It is payday for me too but have just remembered I have a dentists appoimtment on Monday :(. I am not going to put this on a credit card :) -This challenge is good for me :) so I have kept back £100 of my overtime and will put what I don't use at the dentists towards this on Monday. Due money from Quidco in Oct too. Was a bit of a blow remembering the dentist but still feels good that I'm chipping away even if it's small :)

DFD Need to August 2027 :(

I am down to the last £69 for this debt.

PAP can you update my total please. Hoping to knock this out next week.

I feel as though I am holding my breath until this one is gone.

Will update on progress next week. I am planning to add a couple of other small debts that I want to get rid to continue the challenge to December (once I get rid of the tax bill), hope this will be OK. These will be £250.00 Debenhams card and £150.00 (not sure on this one) on a Wallis card. I fell off the wagon a couple of weeks ago and have still not added these to my overall debt total. Just could not bare the reality that I had gone a bit backwards - oh well will get there in the end.

Thanks everyone for being so encouraging - it has spurred me on.

Original debt at LBM July 2008, £47, 654.34. Debt at January 2016, £21,443. Barclaycard [STRIKE]£9,000[/STRIKE]£8,756, Tesco cc [STRIKE]£3000[/STRIKE]£1,136. Debenhams storecard [STRIKE]£350[/STRIKE]£263, OD [STRIKE]£3,500[/STRIKE] £3,000, Corp Tax £3,036, Study loan £1,750, Smaller debts £2,000.

Since my LBM I have not been fully committed so now I have had a 2nd LBM.
Aiming to be debt free by December 2016:D
  • Sorry posting,

Im going to have to declare myself out of this as the inroads I did make have had to be spent on baby things and Im going to concentrate in my padding for a while.

Thanks for all your hard work.
