Do BT still charge a fee to return?

Last year, when we reviewed our broadband and phone, we decided to stay with BT for our line rental as they charge a hefty fee if you want to go back to them.
I've had a look around and can't find any mention of this now. Does anyone know if they have stopped this charge?
We are currently with BT for line-rental and phone calls and with O2 for broadband. Our rolling 12 month contract with BT ends in a few days and I'm wondering whether to change.
If BT charge if we decide we want to return to them at a later date, then it will influence what we do now.

BT have never charged a hefty fee to return line rental to them. Why would they?
Confusion used to abound where customers left to a fully unbundled LLU provider such as TalkTalk but even then there shouldn't be a charge so long as the line is active.“I look like Spiderman at a funeral”~ Karl Pilkington0 -
