7. All entries received will be entered into the prize draw to win the following: 2 nights accommodation for two people at the Cringletie House Hotel, based on two people sharing a double or twin room, on a dinner, bed and breakfast basis. Valid until 31st March 2010. Prize also includes; 2 x 3 day Freedom of the Fairways golf passports, valid until October 2010.
8. Prize also includes £200 spending money and £100 maximum travel allowance. Travel allowance will be paid once the prizewinner provides full receipts. Amount payable will be at the Promoter’s discretion and will be to a maximum of £100 in total.
9. The prize does not include any travel insurance, golfing equipment, meals or any other expenses, and must be taken in full by 31st March 2010.
10. Freedom of the Fairways golf passport is valid for 3 consecutive weekdays, for up to 6 rounds of golf.
11. For weekend golf, 2 vouchers can be exchanged for one round of golf, therefore maximum of 4 rounds.
12. Tee times must be booked in advance. Courses may be unavailable on days of local competitions or events, particularly at weekends. All play is subject to local club rules and regulations - see individual golf club entries.
Latest tee off time is 4p.m. (on a 9 hole course this would be the last time for 9 holes). Tickets are not transferable in time or from golfer to golfer. Golfers found abusing these regulations by any club will be asked to leave the course. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for anything other than a round of golf. VisitScotland require the names and addresses of ALL players
13. All elements of prize package are subject to date availability, are non-transferrable, are weather dependent, maintenance dependent, subject to change and are subject to prizefund provider standard operator terms and conditions.
14. Prize is not available on bank holidays or over Christmas and New Year, and is subject to availability.
15. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternative prize is available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control, the promoter reserves the right to provide a similar prize of equal or greater value.
16. One winner will be drawn at random under independent supervision from all entries received on 8th December 2009 and notified in writing within 28 days of the closing date. Confirmation on redemption of the prize must be received within one month of notification. Failure to do so will result in forfeit of the prize and another winner will be drawn. The promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
17. No responsibility can be taken for any entries that are lost or delayed or which are unable to be sent due to Internet connection issues or systems failure or anything else that prevents entries being received. Proof of online entry or postage does not constitute proof of delivery.
